The Coaching Education and Development Program was spearheaded in year one (1) by the clubs Technical Director Dale Schilly. Coach Schilly hosted a six (6) session program that focused on helping new coaches create their coaching identity through the discussion and discovery of a “game model”, “seasonal planning”, and “session planning”.
