75 Minute Sessions
2 Teams: 1 Trainer (Team Coaches encouraged to help)

Fall - Week of September 4 to Week of 11/5 (10 Weeks)
Spring - Week of March 12 to Week of May 14 (10 weeks)
There are no make ups. If a session is cancelled due to weather, the next session will be a combo session (50% of the missed session curriculum and 50% of the current. If there are questions, please refer to your club trainer.
