The time has come to complete your son/daughter’s MYSA registration through the Affinity software. Previously, this was not going to open up until August 1st, however, we just received word that it is now opened up! Please use the link below to register your players:
Once you click the link, you’ll be prompted to login to an existing account (or create a new account for new MYSA members). Be sure to select the correct season from the drop down menu on the left side before you login. Select "2019-20 Competitive” for all players born in the year 2001-2012 or select “2019-20 Rec Birth Year” for all players born in the year 2013-2014 and then make sure the box is checked for “player registration,” enter in login info and enter the site.
At this point, you’ll need to add any necessary family members to the account, then click the green “continue” button. You should then see all family members listed and a blue “Register As Player” button next to the child(ren) you need to register. You’ll be prompted to select the play level again (Competitive or Rec) and it will then pull up all information you need to fill out for that player(s). It is imperative that you fill out all information in this spot- including medical/insurance information- as it will populate onto a medical release form your manager needs. For all new players, you will be required to upload a headshot (picture) and birth certificate as well.
We ask that you please notify your coach(es) and manager when your son/daughter’s MYSA registration is completed. They will be working with the SLSG Club Registrars to get the team’s roster and player cards. The process can take some time, so especially if your son/daughter’s team is participating in an early-season tournament (in August), this will need to be done ASAP to ensure the team has all documents needed for participation.

If any player is coming over to SLSG from another club (I.e. registered with a different club/SCYSSA last year) and is experiencing difficulties with this registration, you are encouraged to contact Kathy Arnold in the MYSA office at 636-946-0958 x 101.
Finally, if you have not yet registered your son/daughter with SLSG for the 2019-20 club season and paid club fees, please do so ASAP. Per club policy, all players MUST be registered with the club and paid up on club fees before they may be added to a roster and issued a player pass.
